Symbiont Engineering and Construction

Engineering a better tomorrow starts with building strong relationships. Each year, as we collaborate on projects, our relationships deepen. In 2019, we worked with thousands of people to achieve project goals and realize strategic visions. These include people from across the U.S., as well as technology experts from China, Germany, and Denmark.

Andrew Carnegie was correct in saying, “Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.”

This year we are expanding this common vision to include organizations with goals that align with our work as a design-build engineering and construction firm.

We have donated to:

Just like Symbiont impacts communities globally and locally through our construction expertise, Habitat for Humanity leads construction projects that help over 8 million people annually.
At Symbiont, we want to see an increased science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM)-fluent workforce. Therefore, we are supporting the SAE Foundation’s A World in Motion® program that supports teacher curriculum needs and classroom volunteers & mentors for STEM programs in public schools.
In 2019, a record number of women joined the Symbiont team. As advocates of gender diversity in engineering fields, Symbiont is supporting National Girls Collaborative to bring K-12 STEM programs into schools across America. This higher exposure to STEM helps girls develop science and engineering skills.

We are a proud supporter of these organizations and are looking forward to seeing the outcomes as these programs impact communities and the professional futures of so many people.
